They trully went out of their way to make this incredibly difficult time as clear and smooth as possible. They would take questions at any time during working hours with caring grace and would follow up as soon as they could if unavailable at that moment. They treated our loved one with every bit of respect and dignity one could ask for. They team with, McKenzie Mortuary, treated our loved one as special as she was to us. Cannot escape the fact that this a business and I have to say for all that was done, the cost was very reasonable and never felt like the team there, was doing anything for money. I helped my dad arrange for this brain donation several years ahead of his death. Ken and the team there could not have been more helpful, caring, and fair before, during, and after Dad passed.
