Survivors include a son, Will (Louisiana); a daughter, Amy (Kentucky); two grandchildren; seven siblings, living in Washington, California, and New Mexico; and a half-brother in Maryland. Tag worked in carpentry, property management, medical offices, and long-term care facilities, to support his family. He was a State Registered Nurse Aide in Kentucky. With his wife, he started and owned an antique store from 1988-1995. He loved animals, British mystery shows, and “BC” and “Wizard of Id” comic strips (among others). He was fond of a range of music, from classical music to the Pointer Sisters. He was a concerned father with a strong work ethic. Following the passing of a family friend in 1984, he told his son that God was writing the chapters of everyone’s lives, and when the chapters end, we are at peace. May it be true for him, too.
